Chinese New Year

Andrew loves Chinese New Year. It is his favorite holiday. We love watching the lion dances and eating all the yummy Chinese treats. Here is a funny conversation we had the other afternoon:

A: Mom, I love Chinese New Year.

P: Me, too. I love the lion dances and the fireworks.

A: Does everybody celebrate Chanukah?

P: No. Different people celebrate different things. Some people celebrate Christmas, some Chanukah.

A: But, don't worry Mom. EVERYBODY celebrates Chinese New Year.

P: Whew. I was worried.
